The Tyson family has been serving the storage community in the Bay Area since the mid 1970's having both developed from the ground up to interfacing with the community in managing our facilities. Through the multiple interactions with our valued tenants over the years, which has formed our business core values.

Meet our Staff?
Our staff consists of two assistant managers in Damian Alcaraz & Jimmy Doss. Both of these two individuals not only raised their families in the Santa Cruz area, they were raised in the Santa Cruz area the majority of their lives. Not only have Damian and Jimmy raised their families locally, they have grown roots to the Santa Cruz area enabeling them to be more in tune with our customers needs and has enhanced their passion to assist others and take pride is making your experience a pleasurable one.
While both Jimmy and Damian have the pleasure of interacting with our tenants first, Edgar Marquez is the unsung hero of our facility working in the capacity of Facility Maintenance. Both Edgar and his wife have worked in the locally area for many years raising their family. Placing a label like this on Edgar does not do him justice. For Edgar is so much more than that. The many tenants that have come to know Edgar have learned that he is driven to provide they best customer experience through not only his work ethic, but his constant friendly interaction with our tenants.
